He is Commerce Graduate and Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant since 1983. He is a founder member of the firm SAMPRK. He has vast experience as Partner with M/s O.P. Bagla & Co. Chartered Accountants from 1983 to 1988. The firm was the statutory auditor of The BANK OF RAJSTHAN Ltd. Presently known as ICICI Bank and many other listed companies.

And also worked as Partner with M/s V. K. Thapar & Co. Chartered Accountants since 1989 to 1994. The firm was on the empanelment of bank branch auditors and having taxation and audit work for various corporate and non-corporate clients.

After the aforesaid journey he formed SAMPRK & Associates and working as partner since 1994.
